Nickelodeon USA's Winter Holidays 2014 Image Campaign

To celebrate the 2014 Holiday season, Nickelodeon USA has updated their Christmas/Winter 2013 on-air broadcast design package to include the brand-new shows which premiered during 2014 on Nick USA

Based on CWC International's Nickelodeon Holiday 2013 Collaboration, Brooklyn-based designer Anna Hrachovec worked closely with the Nickelodeon promotions team to create a new updated series of festive idents featuring a mix of original woolly wintry creatures from a magical woolly world called Mochimochi Land, a place where knitted toys and people can live together in a spirit of tolerance, and mochi-fied popular characters from the brand-new hit Nickelodeon shows "Nicky, Ricky, Dicky & Dawn", "Henry Danger", "Breadwinners" and "Max & Shred". Nick USA's "Happy Holidays from Nickelodeon" trailer has also been updated to include Nick's newest shows, including "Dora and Friends: Into the City!" and "Blaze and the Monster Machines".

You can watch a fantastic selection of aspects from Nickelodeon USA's 2014 Winter Holiday on-air broadcast design package in the high-quality (HQ) high-definition (HD) online streaming video clip below!:

Mochimochi Land creatures and "mochi-fied" characters return to Nickelodeon for 2014 holiday IDs!

I created the hand-knitted elements used in these IDs, which were produced and animated by the Nick promotions team.

For Nickelodeon's Holiday 2013 Collaboration, which rolled out on Nickelodeon's international channels this year, Anna Hrachovec worked closely with the Nickelodeon promotions team to create a series of festive idents featuring a mix of original woolly wintry creatures from a magical woolly world called Mochimochi Land, a place where knitted toys and people can live together in a spirit of tolerance, and mochi-fied popular characters from hit Nickelodeon shows, including from "SpongeBob SquarePants", "Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles", "Sanjay and Craig", "The Fairly OddParents" and "Sam & Cat". For Nick USA's Winter 2013 idents featuring original wintry creatures, Nickelodeon and Anna Hrachovec worked together to concept and animate the station ID's, with all the post-production work, including the sound and the flat animations, handled by Nick, with the idents starring mochi-fied Nickelodeon stars animated by the Nickelodeon team themselves using materials that Anna Hrachovec had made.
